The units are then assembled into the finished IGU's, with the implementation of modern manufacturing techniques, automated glass washing using water that has been filtered via a reverse osmosis process to provide crystal clear glass units.
Once assembled the IGU's are then sealed, taped (as standard) and quality controlled inspected before being dispatched throughout the North-West by our own fleet of 10 vehicles
